I’m thrilled to share something I’ve been working on with deep love and intention—two powerful tools designed to support your healing journey: the Vagus Nerve Awakening Healing Card Deck and the companion Coloring Book for Nervous System Healing. Both will be available within the next two weeks!
The vagus nerve plays a central role in regulating our nervous system, calming anxiety, and restoring inner balance. We created these new resources to guide you gently to a place of peace, using simple practices connecting body, mind, and spirit.

The Healing Card Deck offers daily inspiration and soothing practices to stimulate your vagus nerve. Each card invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner calm. They help you stay in the practice of doing something daily to improve your Vagus Nerve!
The Coloring Book is more than just art—it’s a meditative tool designed to relax your nervous system. As you color each page, you engage with calming imagery and healing affirmations that restore harmony from the inside out. It’s a great tool for those healing from a brain injury, improving hand-eye coordination, and rewiring your brain.
